Join us for a FREE Silent Book Club experience! Once a month we will keep our Booktique's Reading Lounges open for an hour of private hour of reading time so 12 LUCKY READERS can enjoy some quiet self-care, on us! Choose to read in any of our upstairs or downstairs reading nooks (first come, first served)... OR JUST ADDED: We will choose to meet other locations in the Chicagoland area!
There will be an *optional* 30 minute soirée and shopping party after each event so that readers can have the opportunity mix and mingle with other local Chicago / Chicagoland book lovers to talk about what they're reading and/or GET 10% OFF STORE-WIDE if they choose to shop our curated selection of books and reading pairings afterwards! (NOTE: If we are meeting somewhere besides our Booktique, we will give guests a coupon for 10% OFF IN-STORE OR ONLINE PURCHASES.)
P.S. Our in-store Book Club events are ALWAYS BYOB, so feel free to bring some boozy bevs for a small $5 CORKAGE FEE (or NA spirits / drinks at no cost) to enjoy while you read as well (we'll have a few options available for sale, but encourage attendees to bring their favorites too)... SWEET 'N SALTY SNACKS WILL BE 10% OFF before or during the event as well!
PLEASE NOTE: Not everything that is available in our online collections is in-stock at our Booktique! If you order a book or product that is not readily available at either of our locations, we will notify you immediately via email, confirm your custom order approval, and order your item(s) right away (orders typically arrive within one week) OR we will suggest an in-stock substitution if your order is time-sensitive.
